- Can I run my regular syndicated station or TV through this system?
- Can I choose audio to run?
- Yes, it is an upgrade option.
- Can I purchase the system vs. lease?
- Yes, but the creative portion would not be included and it would be a completely different program.
- Can I lease it for longer than 36 months?
- 36 months is our longest option since so many technological changes will happen over the course of a 36 month period; we want to provide the best solutions for our customers.
- Can I run syndicated feeds through the Citecast Content Composition?
- Yes, we offer several to choose from that are included with the Citecast content creative program.
- Can I have customized syndicated feeds?
- Yes, we offer our services to research and develop industry specific customized fees.
- What if I don’t have pre-edited video?
- We have industry specific video you can choose from during the initial set up. If you want to change out
your video and don’t have access to your own pre-edited video we can supply that for an additional charge.
- What does the set up include?
- Set up includes schematics for the layout of the signal flow, laying of the wiring and networking of the
equipment, consultation with your IT team, initial customization of your content composition, video set
up within the content composition, testing and delivery.
- How much time will this take to get started?
- Start-up usually ranges from 6-8 weeks for fully loaded and running.
- When do I pay?
- Upon the sign up the set up fee is due, monthly fee will commence upon installation.
- What if I decide after a year I do not want the system?
- You can choose to have us disassemble and remove the units. You would then pay a buy out fee which would include any licensing fees, labor costs or any remaining equipment lease costs.
