Example of Citecast network ...
Working with your Citecast representative, you will determine the number of screens needed and the location of the screens to achieve the most effective results using the most pertinent, media rich content that will play and loop on your screens.
Based on the information gathered, your representative can provide you with the cost of your Citecast digital signage solution, which occurs on a monthly basis after the one time setup fee. There is a usage contract and once all parties are in agreement, your Citecast team may begin the process of installation and customization of your chosen content composition. You will be assigned a Project Coordinator, who will contact you to review installation information, install schedules and facility requirements.

Our Content Consultant will contact you to set up your Marketing Review Consultation in order to determine the customization requirements for your Content Compositions so that your messages may have the highest positive impact and most informative experience for your particular customer base.
A typical installation does not require additional cost beyond your monthly usage fees however depending on the site; locations of screens, available networks and power requirement addition fees may be incurred, which will be determined in the consultation phase. Once work has begun, a typical installation should be completed within 6-8 weeks.
Once the initial part of the system is installed, user training will be provided which will teach you how to update and change the simplest messages that repeat throughout the playback; but you will never have to worry about the complexities of the screen layouts, animations, color schemes, or updates to that media as updates are part of the package. Every quarter you are entitled to updates to the presentations, look and feel of the signage, layout, animations and color schemes. You will work with your Citecast content consultant for this.
That’s it. It’s that simple. It’s turn-key.
